A partir de 2008, elle est utilis\u00e9e comme m\u00e9diateur pour effectuer les paiements destin\u00e9s aux entit\u00e9s et personnalit\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines qui font des publications contre le Front Polisario et l’Alg\u00e9rie et travaillent dans le but de :<\/div>\n

1- Redorer l’image du Maroc aux Etats-Unis, pays qui exerce sans cesse des pressions sur le Maroc dans la question des libert\u00e9s et des droits de l’homme.<\/div>\n

2- R\u00e9colter des soutiens \u00e0 la colonisation du Sahara Occidental aux Etats-Unis, pays charg\u00e9 par le d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 “Groupe d’Amis du Sahara Occidental” de r\u00e9diger le texte de la r\u00e9solution du Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le Sahara occidental.<\/div>\n

Pendant des ann\u00e9es, Ahmed Charai et ses camarades de la DGED ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 tromper les autorit\u00e9s marocaines sur les r\u00e9sultats de leur travail de lobbying \u00e0 Washington. En 2013, la proposition am\u00e9ricaine visant \u00e1 \u00e9largir le mandant de la MINURSO aux droits de l’homme constitue le coup de gr\u00e2ce du travail de propagande de la DGED.\u00a0<\/div>\n
