Kishore Deraya, Directeur adjoint politique au Cabinet du SG.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;\">L&#8217;email date du 10 mai 2012 et est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 Nasser Bourita, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du MAE marocain qui, \u00e0 son tour, l&#8217;a transf\u00e9r\u00e9 au ministre El Othmani.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align:justify;\">Selon Chabi, le Secr\u00e9tariat de Ban Ki-moon \u00e9tait &#8220;sensible \u00e0 l\u2019argument du d\u00e9voiement de son mandat initial&#8221; et il sugg\u00e8re que &#8220;la d\u00e9cision du d\u00e9barquement de Ross devrait \u00eatre irr\u00e9vocable&#8221;.
