Le diff\u00e9rend sur le Sahara constitue une entrave \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 africaine et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration maghr\u00e9bine. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Le gouvernement du \u2026. soutient le processus des n\u00e9gociations conduit, sous les auspices des Nations Unies, et consid\u00e8re que l\u2019initiative d\u2019autonomie pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le Maroc comme \u00e9tant s\u00e9rieuse et cr\u00e9dible.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Afin de s\u2019inscrire positivement dans le cadre des efforts des Nations Unies, le \u2026\u2026.a toujours d\u00e9fendu une position \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, afin de rapprocher les positions des parties. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Le gouvernement du \u2026\u2026 estime que le retour du Maroc au sein de l\u2019Union Africaine est n\u00e9cessaire. Il est de nature \u00e0 renforcer le r\u00f4le de l\u2019Union Africaine et l\u2019unit\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble du Continent Africain.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>

Profond\u00e9ment attach\u00e9 \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 du continent africain le gouvernement du\u2026.. souhaite que toutes les chances du succ\u00e8s soient pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es pour faire aboutir le processus de n\u00e9gociations conduit actuellement sous les auspices du Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Nations Unies. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Les parties \u00e0 ce diff\u00e9rend doivent faire preuve d\u2019esprit de flexibilit\u00e9 et de compromis pour parvenir \u00e0 un accord d\u00e9finitif autour d\u2019une solution gagnante. Le Maroc a fait un pas important en proposant une initiative d\u2019autonomie. Afin de s\u2019inscrire dans une dynamique positive et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e a m\u00eame de promouvoir une solution politique d\u00e9finitive \u00e0 ce diff\u00e9rend, le gouvernement du \u2026\u2026a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de geler \/ retirer sa reconnaissance \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0rasd\u00a0\u00bb <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Tout doit \u00eatre entrepris pour favoriser l\u2019unit\u00e9 de l\u2019Afrique. Le retour du Maroc au sein de l\u2019Union Africaine contribuera \u00e0 cette unit\u00e9 et renforcera le r\u00f4le de l\u2019UA.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

The Government of \u2026\u2026. has always privileged dialogue and negotiation to resolve regional disputes. The dispute over the Sahara is an obstacle to the African Unity and the integration of the Maghreb.<\/div>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Government of\u2026\u2026 supports the negotiation process under the auspices of the United Nations, and considers the autonomy initiative presented by Morocco as serious and credible.<\/div>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To be in line with the efforts of United Nations, \u2026\u2026has always advocated a balanced approach with the aim to reconcile the positions of the parties.<\/div>\n
