Athar Khan, Chef de Cabinet du Haut Commissaire pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, m\u00e8ne actuellement una campagne pour promouvoir sa candidature potentielle pour succ\u00e9der \u00e0 M. Ross \u00bb.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab Il a ainsi saisi l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9union du Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif du HCR, renue \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve en octobre dernier, pour approcher la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation am\u00e9ricaine, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Anne C. Richar, Secr\u00e9taire d&#8217;Etat Adjoint pour la Population, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9 et Migration, pour lui faire part de son vif souhait de succ\u00e9der \u00e0 Ross, au cas o\u00f9 la mission de Ross viendrait \u00e0 terme \u00bb, ajoute la note.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour rappel, M. Ross est le Repr\u00e9sentant Personnel du Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;ONU pour le Sahara Occidental.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Omar Hilale vante les \u00ab m\u00e9rites \u00bb de celui qu&#8217;il appelle \u00ab sa source au HCR \u00bb dans le but de pousser le Maroc \u00e0 encourager sa nomination, dans un premier temps, au poste d&#8217;Envoy\u00e9 Sp\u00e9cial pour le Sahara Occidental et Chef de la MINURSO, et ensuite, au poste de Repr\u00e9sentant Personnel, fonctionne d\u00e9tenue pour M.
