Dans une note du 02 mai 2014, Mohammed Amine Belhaj, Directeur des Questions Globales au minist\u00e8re marocain des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, rappelle \u00e0 l’ambassadeur du Maroc \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve que “le rapport intitul\u00e9 “nutrition Survey \/ Western Sahara Refugee Camps, Tindouf, Algeria \/ Report on Nutrition and Anaemia Intervention Impact Analysis” n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 du site Internet du Polisario (http:\/\/www.arso.org\/index.htm) ni du site “Norvegia support committee for Western Sahara ” (http:\/\/vest-sahara.no\/a49x2018)). De m\u00eame les embl\u00eames du HCR eet du PAM figurent toujours sur la page de couverture du rapport”.<\/div>\n

“Il sied de rappeler que le rapport en question contient des informations tendanncieuses sur la question nationale, dont notamment le fait que le Maroc est qualifi\u00e9 “d’occupant de la terre du Sahara Occidental”, ajoute la note.<\/p>\n

Donc, le Maroc a demand\u00e9 au HCR de retirer ce rapport!<\/p>\n

Suite aux plaintes marocaines, une nouvelle \u00a0version a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e, Elle contient 27 modifictions para rapport \u00e0 l’ancienne version. Tous les changements ont effac\u00e9 le mot “Western Sahara” du rapport. Le mot “Morocco” a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9 de la version finale. Dans la plupart des cas, le mot “Western Sahara” a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par “Saharawi” ou a \u00e9t\u00e9 tout simplement effac\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Selon le Comit\u00e9 Norv\u00e9gien de soutien au Sahara Occidental<\/a>, il s’agit de la premi\u00e8re fois o\u00f9 l’\u00e9tude du HCR sur la nutrition des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e9vite de citer le nom du territoire d’origine des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.
Suite aux modifications, le nouveau titre du rapport est devenu : “”Nutrition Survey Saharawi Refugee Camps, Tindouf, Algeria”.<\/p>\n

Depuis, le HCR ne cesse de c\u00e9der face aux pressions du gouvernement marocain. Ce dernier d\u00e9crit le Haut Commissaire pour les R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, Antonio Guterress comme un “ami du Maroc”. Guterress n’a pris aucune mesure contre son chef de Cabinet suite aux d\u00e9clarations qu’il a faites \u00e0 l’ambassadeur marocain \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. Des d\u00e9claration qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es par le cyber-activiste Chris Coleman24.<\/p>\n
